Celebrating Music
Creating Community

From Tillamook to Astoria, Roseburg to Portland, Vancouver and beyond - musicians of all ages and talents come together every Saturday morning during the concert season to rehearse and share the joys of playing music together. Our musicians play voluntarily and without payment, and perform entirely for the pleasure of providing the community with free concerts and opportunities to enjoy great symphonic music. With over 60+ regular musicians, the Columbia River Symphony has developed a reputation of showcasing diverse talent and quality performances. We provide opportunities for local composers, soloists, singers, school choirs and student musicians to work and perform in concert alongside a full symphonic orchestra. We believe music should be accessible and fun for both musicians and audiences. We are committed to providing free concerts for our community and free rehearsal space for our musicians.

The Columbia River Symphony is an all-volunteer, non-profit performing arts group providing both performers and audiences inspired opportunities to enjoyed great symphonic music. Our mission is to increase the musical talents of our performers, to serve as a leadership role in the community, and promote cultural enrichment for the artistic and musical benefit of everyone involved.
